Deputy Principals

Hello my name is Paul Grebert. I am one of the Deputy Principals at Alstonville High School. I have responsibility for the welfare, discipline, learning support and enrolment of students in Years 8, 10 and 12 and whole school responsibilities for curriculum, gifted and talented students and technology. The Alstonville School community is highly productive and supportive and driven by quality relationships. Students celebrate each others success. Staff are very experienced and strive to deliver the very best in quality education. Parents and community nurture a positive approach to learning. This is wonderful environment in which to work. If students of all abilities and backgrounds come ‘ready to learn’ and ‘willing to let others learn’ then their time at Alstonville High will most certainly prove fruitful.

Hi! My name is John Culbert and I am one of the two Deputy Principals at Alstonville High School . In 2009 I have responsibility for the welfare, discipline, learning support and enrolment of students in Years 7, 9 and 11.
As part of the Senior Executive at Alstonville High School, I endeavour to lay the foundations for a school environment where all students can feel safe, happy and secure and to encourage students to strive to achieve their personal best.
Our school has a fundamental belief that teachers must be free to teach and students free to learn. Behaviour that interferes with these basic rights will not be tolerated.
Our school prides intself on its ability to encourage and stimulate learning in an environment where the welfare of students is of prime imprortace.
