Geoff Colnan's role involves the day to day staffing of the school. He administers the hiring of casual relief staff and the allocation of additional daily duties to staff. This ensures all classes are supervised by suitably qualified teachers at all times.

Geoff Colnan role is also to administer student attendance. This involves managing student rolls, leave, truancy issues and supervising the senior attendance scheme. This scheme enables senior students with flexible timetables more time to spend studying in the comfort of their own home.
